Purpose on serving / Propósito em servir
Four times the motherhood changed me into a new and better human being. Three times by the miracle of biology, through the body and soul, one by the pure and infinite allowance of love.
After those experiences, I grew, I changed, I gave up of 20 years of a career in marketing, and I found my purpose by serving families as a doula.
In my practice I offer care to women and their partners before, during and after birth. My role is to facilitate safe, humane, and empowering birth experiences through the information and physical and emotional support needed during this time. And I do it completely full of gratitude, joy and love.

Quatro vezes a maternidade me transformou em um novo e melhor ser humano. Três vezes pelo milagre da biologia, através do corpo e da alma, um pela permissão pura e infinita do amor atraves da adoção.
Depois dessas experiências, eu cresci, mudei, desisti de 20 anos de carreira em marketing e encontrei meu propósito servindo as famílias como doula.
Na minha prática, ofereço cuidados às mulheres e seus parceiros antes, durante e depois do parto. Meu papel é facilitar experiências de parto seguras, humanas e fortalecedoras oferecendo informação e apoio físico e emocional necessários durante esse período. E eu faço isso completamente cheia de gratidão, alegria e amor.

As doula, I am pleased to offer you and your partner the care, understanding, information and support during and after the entire pregnancy process. Our initial meeting will help me tailor my services to meet your needs as each pregnancy is different. Contact me to schedule an appointment or learn more about my practice.

Como Doula, tenho prazer em oferecer a você e seu companheiro os cuidados, compreensão, informação e apoio durante e depois de todo o processo de gravidez. Nosso encontro inicial me ajudará a adaptar meus serviços para atender às suas necessidades, pois cada gravidez é diferente. ANTENATAL VISITS/VISITAS PRÉ-NATAL
Pregnancy is a magical period in a woman's life. It is a feeling of fullness, inner beauty and fulfillment, but it is also a phase of great physical, emotional, mental and spiritual changes.
My role as a doula is to offer support, information and professional guidance on pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum so that the mother, baby and family feel safe, confident and comfortable to embrace the changes of this period.

A gravidez é um período mágico na vida de uma mulher. É um sentimento de plenitude, beleza interior e satisfação, mas também é uma fase de grandes mudanças físicas, emocionais, mentais e espirituais.
Meu papel como doula é oferecer apoio, informação e orientação profissional sobre gravidez, parto e pós-parto para que a mãe, o bebê e a família se sintam seguros, confiantes e confortáveis para abraçar as mudanças deste período.

Need help for dealing with the new routine of having a baby at home? As a doula, I'll support your family - before, during and after birth by helping with light tasks to boost your well being, give you confidence and maybe that bit of extra time for a decent and deserved shower :-)
